Working on a project like this is something that requires patience and perseverance. We're just two guys trying to create something unique while living out our vocations as fathers and providing for our families.
I continue to do the men's group on Fridays and that takes up a big chunk of time as well. The PowerPoint presentations take a fair bit of work but most of the effort is put into studying and researching the topics. There just aren't many resources already put together for what we're doing in that group.
That is to say that we've had to work on prioritizing certain things. We've decided that our focus ought to be on producing our podcast. We've purchased the necessary equipment and I've been learning how to prepare, record, and edit. So far, I'm happy with the results and I'm eager to start recording our first few episodes. We'll decide on a distributor later on.
I'm grateful to my wife for all her support and for giving me the time to work on all this.
It's easy to lose ourselves among the busyness of life. It's important to maintain a perspective that's grounded in prayer. As we continue working on this project, we pray for the Holy Spirit to continue to guide and inspire us. Come Holy Spirit, come.
